EMSBI’s 3-phase 4-wire EMI filters FZP 3-75 (for current 75 A at each phase) protect information in digital equipment from leakage via induced electromagnetic interference in 3 -phase electric feeding circuits. They do so in a very broad frequency range – from 10 kHz to 1 GHz.
4-wire filter construction makes their insertion loss insensitive to dissymmetry of 3-phase currents and/or voltages. In addition, the mentioned insertion loss does not depend on value of the consumer’s working current.
Thanks to small leakage current in EMI filters FZP 3-75, they
do not trigger protective differential relays when supplying voltage to the filter or during power switching.
Input-output nodes of the 3-phase cables are made as sections of a standard metal pipe with an outer tube stinging of 1 ½ inches. It allows, when necessary, to provide an inlet to and an outlet from the filter of the mentioned cables in a standard metal pipe or in a flexible braided metal envelop. This, in turn, ensures radio impermeability and continuity of the shield between the cables and the case of the filter.
